Our Backup Schedule

Weekly Full Backups:
Every Sunday, we take a complete backup of your cPanel account.
This includes:-
All website files and directories

Backup Retention:
We securely retain four (4) weeks of full backups — giving you multiple recovery points to restore from. -
Free Daily Database Backups:
Your databases are backed up daily at no additional cost.
Optional Daily Full Backups
If you require daily full cPanel backups, you can request this service for an additional fee.
Weekly backups remain free of charge, but this optional upgrade ensures you have a fresh full snapshot of your account every day.
Backup Restoration
If something goes wrong — such as a plugin error, accidental deletion, or corruption — your data is safe.
Simply open a support ticket to request a backup restoration.
In your ticket, please specify:

The backup date you want restored
Our team will process your request as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Important:
Restoring a previous backup will permanently overwrite your current data, including all files, databases, and emails.
If you need to keep your latest content, please generate and download your current backup before requesting restoration.
You are fully responsible for any data that is not backed up before restoration.
How to Download a Full Backup Yourself
If you want to download your current cPanel backup manually, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log In to cPanel
Use your hosting credentials to access your cPanel dashboard.
(If you don’t have them, check your registered email — your cPanel login details were sent there.)
Step 2: Go to the Backups Section
In cPanel, navigate to:
Files → Backups
Step 3: Download a Full Account Backup
Click “Download a Full Account Backup”.
Step 4: Generate Backup
Click the Generate Backup button.
Once the backup is ready, cPanel will email you a notification.
Step 5: Download from File Manager
After the backup is generated:

Go to cPanel → File Manager

Locate the
.gzbackup file (example:backup-10-10-2025.tar.gz) -
Right-click the file → Download
After downloading, you can safely delete the backup file from your server to free up disk space.
