Stop Spam Emails on Office 365 Outlook
So you have Microsoft 365 for email. Using Outlook? You might still be getting a lot of spam emails. This is because Microsoft has very lax controls when it comes to their settings.
Most users don't realize this. Your IT company has to go into your Microsoft Portal and setup these controls. A lot of IT companies don't do this because they do not know how to do this or even know that it exists.
